End of the Game Industry?

I am not a big fan of John C. Dvorak's column, but I believe his basic prediction that the game industry could collapse may be true. Like any industry that gets too big, it eventually out grows it market. I saw video came industry collapse in the late 80's, I also saw the same thing happen to the Internet industry in 2001.
