Feds finally complete Internet traffic report (Article)

This is an interesting article about how well American tax payer dollars are being put to good use (I am being sarcastic). Congress requested a report from the National Research Council about the Internet in 1998, and they just received it recently. They were originally only given nine months to complete the report.
