Patch Your System Right Now

If your running Windows NT, 2000, XP, and 2003 and/or Internet Explorer 5.x or greater, you need to install the following patches right now. These patches will protect your system from several different types of attacks that are being developed right now.

- MS04-004 (Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer)
- MS04-007 (ASN.1 Vulnerability Could Allow Code Execution )

Remember - To protect yourself do the following:
- Goto WindowsUpdate and install all the latest patch it recommends for your system.
- Regularly Update your Anti-Virus software.
- If you don't have any anti-virus software download Avast's free home version
- Make sure your firewall is turned on, and is active.
- If you don't have any firewall software download ZoneAlarm's free home version
- Don't download any file from a web site that you don't know or trust.
- Don't open file attachments in your email.
- Regularly Backup your data.

If you follow the advice above, you can protect yourself from the majority of malicious attacks.
